- Beatserv takes your right to privacy very seriously, and wants you to feel comfortable using this web site. Like many others, this web site sets and uses cookies to enhance your user experience—to remember your personal settings, for instance. We will only collect personal information in order to fulfill customer orders and, if requested by the customer, to provide information via our e-mail updates. We never send unsolicited e-mails to customers, and we do not sell mailing lists or customer information to any other companies or individuals.
- Trouble downloading a file
- Did you use PayPal? If you used PayPal to pay for your order, you may experience a delay of up to 24 hours before your download is activated. To see if your download has been activated, log in to your account and go to your account Dashboard by clicking on 'My Account' in the header of the website. Then click on 'My Downloads,' and you will see a list of your downloadable files, along with the Status of each. Items listed as 'processing' are still waiting for the transaction to complete. Items listed as 'Available' are ready to download.
- Have you used up all your downloads? We allow 3 downloads of each file in the packs. This should be enough to download it on a couple of your own computers, or allow for a couple errors in downloading. To check how many downloads you have remaining, log into your account and go to your account Dashboard. Then click on 'My Downloads,' and you will see a list of all your remaining downloads. Items marked 'Expired' have been accessed the maximum number of times. If you have a legitimate need for more downloads, please contact us and we will help solve any problems.
- Do you live outside North America? Occassionally our overseas customers experience timeout issues when downloading the large zip files. The filesize of our zipped downloads range from 85mb—165mb. If your downloaded file is smaller than this, it probably timed out. We recommend trying the download again during off-peak hours.
- Ableton Live Packs
- To access the Live Project with the samples and instrument presets, double click the Live Pack icon, or open the Live Pack from within Live. To install the presets and samples into Live's Library, follow these steps:
- within Live, access the menu: View > File Managerclick "Manage Project" button
- under Export to Library, click "Export" button
- Our Live Packs are created for and tested in Ableton Live 8
